Instrument category, issuing institution, currency, expiry, jurisdiction and your authority to act. Exact bank records belong in a secure review, not a public form.

Account-owner category, jurisdiction, currency and intended objective. Identify whether you are evaluating a fiat-only route or an expressly authorized conversion.
Title. Allocation. Location.
Ownership structure, allocated status, vault jurisdiction and the availability of bar, assay and custody records. Do not attach records to the initial inquiry.
